Harry Woloson - President

Mr. Woloson is responsible for The Woloson Company development and repositioning of retail shopping centers.  In addition, Mr. Woloson has served as a consultant to major retailers in land assemblage and site acquisition. He has also served as a consultant to major developers for asset management and leasing.

Mr. Woloson’s past experience includes over 45 years as President and Founder of The Woloson Company, a Newport Beach based retail development, management and investment company.  Mr. Woloson has been a hands-on-manager of every phase of the development process including design, project management, finance, major lease negotiations and property management.  Current projects of The Woloson Company include the development, asset management, property management and leasing of Plaza Newport, a 41,000 square foot retail community shopping center in Newport Beach and Plaza Del Oro, a retail shopping center in Oceanside, California.  Plaza Del Oro’s major tenants include In & Out Burger, CVS Pharmacy, 7-11 Gas Station and Mini Mart and 14,000 square feet of retail shops.  24 Hour Fitness is a shadow tenant for Plaza Del Oro.

Mr. Woloson was also the Developer of Corona Marketplace, a 17 acre community shopping center in Corona, California.  Mr. Woloson, in addition to developing the center , was responsible for lease negotiations of the major tenants which include Ralph’s Supermarket, Payless Drugs, Mobil Gas Station and Burger King with an additional 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Mr. Woloson’s previous experience includes the positions of Vice President of Property Management for Koll Retail, Director of Real Estate for The Trammel Crow Company in Orange County and Manager of Finance for The Irvine Company.

Mr. Woloson holds a Masters in Business Administration in Management Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Woloson also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and is a current member of ICSC.

KIMBERLY WOLOSON - Vice PResident

Mrs. Woloson is responsible for overseeing the asset management of the current portfolio of shopping centers managed by The Woloson Company.  Her responsibilities include asset management and overseeing the property management and leasing of the Centers.

Mrs. Woloson possesses over 40 years experience in shopping center asset management, property management, leasing, property acquisition and disposition.  She has managed and leased a portfolio of property totaling over 400,000 square feet.

Prior to becoming a partner of The Woloson Company,  Mrs. Woloson was a project manager for Lincoln Property Company.  Mrs. Woloson was also employed as a consultant/Senior Property Manager for Koll Management Services-Retail Division and Venture Retail Group, both in Newport Beach, California . Mrs. Woloson additionally worked as a consultant  for SunAmerica Life Insurance Company for their real estate disposition department and was responsible for short term management and disposition of these properties.

Mrs. Woloson holds a Bachelors Degree from San Diego State University and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from Long Beach State University.  Mrs. Woloson holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a current member of ICSC.

Kristin Lewis - VP OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Ms. Lewis is responsible for all leasing administration, financial statements, financial reporting and accounting for the current portfolio.  In addition, Ms. Lewis is co-manager and leasing agent of retail properties managed by The Woloson Company and designs and implements the marketing program for all portfolio promotional associations as well as overseeing sign packages and sign criteria.

Ms. Lewis possesses over 15 years experience in shopping center property management and leasing.  

Prior to joining The Woloson Company, Ms. Lewis worked for CBRE in Phoenix, Arizona as a property manager and was responsible for management of over 200,000 SF of office and retail shopping centers. 

Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelors Degree from ASU in Marketing and a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University in Entrepreneurship.  Ms. Lewis holds a California Real Estate Sales License.

Travis Woloson - mANAGEMENT AND LEASING

Travis is co-manager for leasing and property management for The Woloson Company.   In addition, he is responsible for project management and property acquisition for The Woloson Company.  

Travis was responsible for the leasing of 12,000 square feet of retail space in Plaza Newport and Plaza Del Oro.   Leasing responsibilities include analysis of prospective tenant usages, screening of prospective tenants, review of business plan and business history,  and verification and analysis of financial statements.  Travis was responsible for preparation and negotiation of Tenant Letters of Intent and preparation of the Lease.

Travis was responsible for the project management of a, $850,000 remodel on Plaza Newport in 2016 which included the bidding process, management of subcontractors, project management schedule and tenant coordination.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Irvine and was a Scholar-Athlete from 2013-2015. He was a member of the UCI Men’s Volleyball Team.  Travis holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a current member of ICSC.
